Project Details
Description
The scientific project series, in collaboration with LIG and HCU, is researching the field of data-based strategic site and urban development. The goal is to develop and test innovative tools and methods for visualising and analysing urban data in the context of decision making for strategic urban development and to test them in practice. The approach of the project involves thinking beyond established practices in an exploratory and experimental way to support urban development. In light of the preceding projects LIG1-LIG3, the AGORA toolbox (Analytics for Ground Property and Real Estate Assessment) is to be further developed and tested in a practical context. The toolbox supports government decision making for strategic land property management, real estate investment, and property portfolio management. Furthermore, research will be conducted on the transfer of such innovations from science to practice.
