In the third phase of the cooperation with LIG, the focus was on testing digital tools for decision support in urban and land development: the AGORA Toolbox (Analytics for Ground Property and Real Estate Assessment) is a WebGIS prototype developed within the project for criteria-based land and location allocation in complex development processes. The project used the tool to test innovative technical approaches that address practical needs identified in consultation with experts.

The development of methods for using urban data to support decision-making was also continued: this includes, for example, the explorative processing of geodata to estimate urban redensification potential. Natural language processing methods enable the spatial mapping of location-relevant events from governmental, media or socio-cultural sources. The spread of large language models opens up new possibilities for the analysis of decision-relevant documents, which were tested and tried out by the project partners.
