Description

The aim of ARTUR is to prepare fundamental methodological approaches and conceptual instruments for the enhancement of urban resilience, thus preparing the creation of respective measures in Ukrainian cities in the longer run of the SUR project. The pilot of this project was carried out in cooperation with the cities of Kryvyi Rih and Nikopol.
