As part of the 10th India Week Hamburg, Digital City Science at HafenCity University Hamburg hosted a hybrid workshop on the TOSCA Toolkit for Open and Sustainable City Planning & Analysis in India. The event brought together experts from academia, government, and GIZ India to discuss the role of open-source digital tools, citizen participation, and data-driven planning in shaping sustainable and resilient Indian cities.
